If you've watched Shark Tank you probably know everything there is to know about investing in startups right?
Perhaps not. The Sunshine Coast is having an entrepreneurial boom at the moment with huge support from the Advance Queensland program to
accelerate innovation in the State. Not only are there many tax incentives to take advantage of when investing in startups, but also many well-supported
programs increasing the success of launching early stage ideas.
So if you have never thought you could become an Angel Investor, now is a great opportunity to consider becoming one.
Join us for a networking session with members of Brisbane Angels and Angel Loop to separate the facts and fiction in what it takes to become a startup
investor, as well the benefits and risks involved.
This one of the first real opportunities to creating a Sunshine Coast Angel network with spaces like the Sunshine Coast Innovation Centre, The Hive, Spark Bureau, Junction 2 and Noosa Boardroom all banding together
to promote investment in what is quickly becoming the #StartupState.
