Membership

Casual membership is a month-to-month membership for those wishing to join Junction 2 as a member but don't require a dedicated desk. Casual members access our hot desks for $55 per month – which includes one day per month access – and any additional days are charged at $27 per day. Casual members are not required to book ahead.

Our day pass also provides access to a hot desk seat but are intended for visitors who need only ad hoc access. Advanced bookings are required for all day pass visitors. A day pass is $50, or multi-pass for 5 days is $225.

We have a meeting room and two call booths available to our members, however we no longer offer meeting room bookings to non-members. For alternative meeting space and boardroom hire, we recommend The J Theatre.

Not currently. Unfortunately we do not have the staff to support bookings outside of our normal business hours.

We so have a lockable private office - it is currently tenanted. Check out our Resident and Resident Plus dedicated desk options.

Our memberships are month-to-month - you are not required to sign a lease or contract. Membership fees are billed a month in advance, and we request that 30 days notice is provided if you intend to move on. Feel free to review our terms of membership for specifics.

J2 offers two meeting rooms (each seating up to 6), and two individual call booths. We have a kitchenette with fridges, dishwasher, coffee machine, sandwich press, kettle, and shared cutlery/crockery. All members have access to our meeting rooms as included credit, while visitors are free to use call booths. Bike and board racks are also available.

Hard to know. Which is why we have a Surfline subscription. One thing is for sure... when it's good, you and everyone else will be out there! Always remember your wave manners kids.

While there is no on-site parking - other than for bikes and boards - public parking options abound, all within a 100m stroll of our front door.

All well behaved animals and humans are welcome at J2. If you would like to bring your pup/cat/bird in to the space with you, understand that we are first and foremost a place of work. Animal noises, defecation, and chewing the furniture would be signs of an unsuitable guest at J2. And that goes for the pets as well.

We are on the fastest NBN broadband plan currently available in the area; 100/40. If you're from NYC this is probably laughable, however given we are not a very large space and rarely at full capacity on any given day, our current connection speed is more than adequate (so says our members).

In the event of an NBN 'hiccup' (see "unscheduled outage"), we have in place a 4G failover.
